All claims on packages that have been damaged during shipping must be reported within 3 business day of item(s) being delivered. We process DOA (Dead On Arrival) equipment immediately for replacements (First 7 Days). We will exchange non-working units if there are identical units in stock. Otherwise, refund will be issued minus shipping/handling/insurance costs.

SHIPPING:

Cables N Optics will ship within same or next business day. Depending on your location, shipping will take 2 to 8 days. International buyers are responsible for their country Import as well as other duties. As Cables N Optics Inc, we are not responsible for any other duties as well as taxes.

Return & Refund Policy:
