Domestic Shipping

• Within the Continental US, all items shipped for free using UPS Ground with signature confirmation and insurance over $750. 
• In Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, items will be shipped USPS Parcel Post for free.  If you would like me to ship USPS priority mail, add $35 to the total cost.
•  If you want to upgrade to USPS Priority, Express, UPS next day, 2^nd day, or 3^rd day shipment, you as the buyer are responsible for these costs.  If these options are not available on my webpage, contact Plaza Laptops, and we will make the desired shipping option(s) available.
• All laptops will be shipped within 24 hours after purchase, Monday through Friday.
• All purchases over $250 require a signature upon delivery, no exceptions.
• All shipments to the USA will be charged sales tax by Ebay. If you have a sales tax exempt certificate, be sure to update your paperwork with eBay.
• Be sure your shipping address is correct before paying with on eBay.  Plaza Laptops must ship to the address provided by eBay.  Plaza Laptops will NOT ship to a different address than the eBay address.

International Shipments

• International shipments will be sent through UPS, DHL, or FedEx.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, brokerage fees, and landing taxes.  If the DHL, FedEx, or UPS option is not available, please contact Plaza Laptops, and we will add DHL, FedEx or UPS to the listing.
• In certain countries, buyers can choose to have the laptop shipped using the Ebay International Shipping.  If you choose this option over the UPS option, you will pay Ebay the shipping costs and import fees when you purchase the laptop, so there will not be additional fees when the laptop is delivered.  The laptop will be shipped to Illinois, USA where the Global Shipping Center is located, which takes 2 business days.  Once the shipping center receives the item, they will prepare the international documents and ship the laptop to the buyer's address.  Shipping can take an additional 3-42 business days (6-45 business days total).  Ebay International shipping uses FedEx, InterPost, CitiPost, CanPar, USPS, and other major shipping companies.
• Plaza Laptops will not mark item as a gift, so please do not ask.
• All purchases over $750 require a signature upon delivery, no exceptions.
• If an item is returned for any reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from your respective country.

Q. Where do these laptops/tablets come from?

A. We purchase directly from Dell and Dell partners.

Q. How does Dell end up with these laptops for sale?

A. This laptop was purchased from a business that used these units for a project.  Since the project has been complete, they liquidated their technology.  The OS/drivers have been reinstalled.  There may be use shine on the touchpad/keyboard/palmrest and slight blemishes (light scratches) on the outer casing.  There will not be any major scratches or dead pixels on the screen.  There may be light scratches on the screen that cannot be seen when the laptop is on.

Q. What warranty does the laptop / notebook have?

A. This particular laptop has a 1 year All State Warranty after registration. The battery is not covered under the All-State Warranty.  I do not have the previous owners name for this laptop for Dell ownership transfer.

Return Policy

1. Return policy window is any time from the moment you place the order to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by my carrier. 
2. If you change your mind at any time before I ship the order, you receive 100% money back. 
3. If you are not satisfied with the laptop within 14 days of receiving the laptop, I will refund your money, and you get your money back LESS the actual S&H fee. Buyer must ship the laptop back at his/her own expense. Laptop must be returned in the original condition as it was shipped. I do not accept returns due to accidental/intentional damage (spills, drops, major scratches on screen, ect.) or any issues stated in the listing. 

Damaged Items

All Packages/Laptops are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package/laptop has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 2 business day after the date of receipt by my carrier. After 2 business days, buyer is responsible for any damages that occur to the laptop.
