Q. Where do these laptops/tablets come from? |
A. We purchase directly from Dell and Dell partners.

Q. How does Dell end up with these laptops for sale? |
A. This laptop was purchased from a business that used these units for a project. Since the project has been complete, they liquidated their technology. The OS/drivers have been reinstalled. There may be use shine on the touchpad/keyboard/palmrest and slight blemishes (light scratches) on the outer casing. There will not be any major scratches or dead pixels on the screen. There may be light scratches on the screen that cannot be seen when the laptop is on.

Q. What warranty does the laptop / notebook have? |
A. This particular laptop has a 1 year All State Warranty after registration. The battery is not covered under the All-State Warranty. I do not have the previous owners name for this laptop for Dell ownership transfer.

Return Policy
1. Return policy window is any time from the moment you place the order to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by my carrier.
2. If you change your mind at any time before I ship the order, you receive 100% money back.
3. If you are not satisfied with the laptop within 14 days of receiving the laptop, I will refund your money, and you get your money back LESS the actual S&H fee. Buyer must ship the laptop back at his/her own expense. Laptop must be returned in the original condition as it was shipped. I do not accept returns due to accidental/intentional damage (spills, drops, major scratches on screen, ect.) or any issues stated in the listing.
Damaged Items
All Packages/Laptops are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package/laptop has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 2 business day after the date of receipt by my carrier. After 2 business days, buyer is responsible for any damages that occur to the laptop.
