Peace of mind 30 day returns

We kindly ask that you complete payment within 3 days of purchasing your items. If payment is not made within 3 days, a non-payment case may be opened with ebay on the fourth day.

We pride ourselves on our fast turn around times, with items generally dispatched on the same/next business day. Your items will generally be shipped with Australia Post (however occasionally we use other carriers) using the postage method (or an equivalent service) selected during checkout.

Tracking

If you would like combined post, you must put the items in your cart and then call ebay and have them send us a combined postage request.

Pickup

Pickup is available only on items that offer it.

Pick is available by appointment only in Eaglemont/Ivanhoe VIC 3084.

You must first purchase and pay for your item on ebay and we will then contact you to arrange collection.
