Shipping Times: We ship same day on orders placed before 12pm (Saturday before 9am). 

Sundays & Holidays are exempt. 

Shipping is usually free on all of our items, but Lugz are really premium & heavy! Shipping costs go upwards to 20 dollars due to the weight of the item, so please consider that when you shop with us and look at our pricing and discounts, as we try to keep shipping charges low for you, we cover most of the shipping costs out of pocket.

Refunds: We will happily accept refunds or exchanges, but please message us if you have any questions or concerns first. Also please note that any refunds or exchanges MUST have the shoes in their original condition or else we may deduct from the refund. This has only happened in very rare cases! 

Please note that the shoe box condition may vary -- we will always happily provide extra pictures if you like, of the shoes or the box, simply ask :)
