DUE PROCESS is a tactical FPS where tactics finally matter. Planning & teamwork are essential for victory because every map is procedurally generated. You'll be faced with a new challenge every time you play.


Fresh maps make Due Process great. Levels are built in-house via a procedurally assisted level generation process and are delivered weekly via steam update, which means you won't be playing on the same stale level. Our level designers edit each level before it goes out and are constantly trying new concepts.


Teamwork starts with a goal. Discuss your strategy over voice chat, and use the planning phase to draw up a plan of attack. Deploy your assets wisely over the course of three rounds, as anything fielded from your armory won't come back if destroyed or lost.


No plan survives first contact. The plan is a start, but you're going to have to think on your feet and coordinate with your team when things go awry. Getting your teammate to open fire to cover your footsteps just might secure you the element of surprise.


Play as two distinct factions with radically different playstyles and capabilities. Asymmetric warfare at its finest.


A corporate military force contracted with enforcing indefinite martial law. Armed with the best tactical gear and weapons for a CQB environment. Speed, surprise, and violence of action are the essential elements of good execution. Once a plan is made, move forward with purpose, either by systematically eliminating the opposition room by room, or by striking swiftly at the heart of the defense.


A rag-tag band of outlaws who oppose the corporations by any means necessary. Their weapons and gear are relics and rudimentary, but are not to be underestimated. Cunning is their strength. Anticipate what the enemy is planning, then set up the kill zone. Lay traps, coordinate crossfire with your team, and exploit breaks in the attack to flank the enemy and bring a decisive end to the fight.

Denn wir können nicht wissen, ob der tatsächliche Kontoinhaber (des PayPal-Kontos) die Zahlung angewiesen hat oder nicht. Wir bekommen fast jede Woche Bezahlungen von gehackten eBay/PayPal Accounts, die gut bewertet und von PayPal verifiziert wurden. Das ist eine Sicherheitsmaßnahme um uns und den echten Kontoinhaber zu schützen. 

In Hinsicht auf die Ausweiskopie:

Senden Sie uns bitte ein geschwärztes Dokument (Ausweis, Führerschein,...) zu, dass Ihre Identität bestätigt.

Geschwärzte Ausweiskopie:
Sie dürfen und sollten alle Daten, die für diesen speziellen Zweck nicht erforderlich sind, schwärzen. Was darf ich nicht schwärzen: Vollständigen Namen, Titel des Dokuments und Ablaufdatum. Bei USK 18 Artikeln darf das Geburtsdatum nicht geschwärzt werden.
Wenn Sie in Scans nachträglich per Software Bereiche schwärzen, achten Sie darauf, dass die Bearbeitung nicht durch den Empfänger rückgängig gemacht werden kann.
Am besten bearbeiten Sie die Bilder mit Paint, da die überschriebenen Daten nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden können.
Sie können natürlich auch eine Photographie Ihres Ausweisdokuments machen und die sensiblen Stellen verdecken oder nachträglich schwärzen.

Hinweis: Es ist nicht verboten, bei digitalen Waren (Versand per E-Mail), die noch zusätzlich mit PayPal bezahlt wurden, die Identität des Käufers, anhand einer geschwärzten Ausweiskopie, festzustellen. 

ALTERNATIVEN
Wenn Sie uns keine Ausweiskopie oder ähnliches zusenden wollen, dann haben Sie folgende Alternativen zur Auswahl:
  • Sie machen eine neue Zahlung als Bank-Überweisung, die PayPal-Zahlung würde man dann sofort zurückzahlen. (KEINE VERIFIZIERUNG)

Eine "Rücknahme" ist bei richtig beschriebenen & eingelösten Codes technisch nicht möglich!
"Richtig beschrieben" bedeutet, dass es sich um das gekaufte Spiel handelt und dass sich der Code ohne Probleme aktivieren lässt.
Sobald der Code per E-Mail verschickt und eingelöst wurde, ist eine Rückgabe technisch unmöglich. Da der Lizenz-Key dauerhaft an das Konto gebunden ist und nicht entfernt werden kann.
Allerdings erhalten Sie bei uns eine Garantie (siehe weiter unten).

Für den Spiele Support sind wir nicht zuständig. Jeder Käufer ist selbst dafür verantwortlich, dass das Spiel am Ende, nach der Aktivierung, bei ihm läuft. Mein Code funktioniert nicht
Bei einem Fall, dass der versandte Key nicht funktionieren sollte, werden Sie gegebenfalls aufgefordert entsprechende Beweise (z.B. Screenshots) zu liefern. So werden auch oft Missverständnisse im Vorfeld ausgeräumt, z.B. Tippfehler, falsches Eingabefenster, etc.. Sollte durch Ihre Mitarbeit ersichtlich sein, dass er wirklich nicht funktionieren sollte, erhalten Sie einen neuen Lizenzcode oder falls keine mehr verfügbar sind, eine Erstattung. Aber solange Codes von dem Spiel auf Lager sind, ist eine Erstattung nicht vorgesehen und wird auch nicht gestattet. Der Käufer bewahrt natürlich weiterhin seine Rechte auf Erfüllung des Kaufvertrags, dass ein Funktionieren des Codes und dass es sich um das gekaufte Spiel handelt, miteinschliesst.     Terms of payment

    Bank transfer (SEPA) (ONLY FOR EUROPE):
    After we have received the amount, you receive your code by e-mail. By a bank transfer is not necessary an identity check.

    PayPal Payment:
    We demand an identity check (verification) from some buyers (not of everyone).
    There are too many frauds with hacked PayPal accounts (by Phishing or Trojan), we must protect ourselves. PayPal leaves this safety measure to the sellers, because PayPal does not want to take over the responsibility for hacked accounts. The costs for the fraud must pay the seller. For safety reasons we demand of some buyers an identity check. You must send to us a copy of your identity card, the name should correspond to the identity card. The ordered product remains as long as our property, until the check was successful.

    Note accordingly ID copy: It isn't forbidden to demand a blackened ID card copy at digital goods (shipment by e-mail) which in addition were still paid with PayPal.

    You may and should blacken all data which aren't required for this special purpose. If you blacken afterwards by software areas into scans, you take care that the processing cannot be undone by the receiver.
    You edit best the pictures with Paint since the overwritten data cannot be undone any more.

    But even if you shouldn't send us any blackened ID card copy, we assure that the data aren't abused.

    The verification takes only a few minutes. All customers outside Europe must carry out the verification. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that cannot provide proof of ID.

    My code not working (cannot be activated)

    In the event that the key sent does not work, you may be asked to provide appropriate evidence (such as screenshots). So often misunderstandings are cleared up in advance, e.g. typing error, wrong input window, etc.. If your cooperation indicates that it really should not work, you will receive a new license code or, if no longer available, a refund. But as long as codes from the game are in stock, a refund is not provided for and will not be allowed. The buyer of course continues to retain his rights to fulfill the contract of sale, that it includes the working of the code and that it is the purchased game.     Return:
