10 speed selections, 2 different stainless steel bowl sizes included.

The small bowl is about 4 cups in volume and the large bowl is about 10 cups in volume.

No manual included.

This mixer works as a stand mixer, but also is a removable head and can be used as a hand mixer as well.

Timer works, but may not be accurate.

Bowl control lever moves the platform around to give the paddles more reach around the bowl.
