All items are tried and tested they do come with a 30 day warranty unless there spares/repair or no return stated, from the day the part is delivered to yourself.

If you do encounter any problems, we will work to resolve them as soon as possible.

Body panels: - may have a few age related scratches, scuffs etc, I usually describe them to the best I can in the description above so we don't have any disagreements when you receive the item.

Engines: - As part of our warranty given on engines we do insist that new timing belts/chain kits must be fitted, otherwise your guarantee will be void, any ancillaries included will be included without warranty only the engine block and head will be sold with warranty.

RETURNS :

All of our items that are sent on a fully insured service, please check your items condition before signing any courier documentation. If any damage is found please refuse the item. Any item found to be damaged after signing will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged in any way other than the courier please contact us immediately.

Exchange will be given where possible. We will resolve the problem immediately and effectively, making sure that you are 100% happy with anything we do.

If exchange is not possible from ourselves, a full refund will be given, once it has been agreed and arranged between ourselves.

Please do not return items until arrangements have been put in place

Return postage will be also be reimbursed.

All our items do hold a specify marking from ourselves and pictures are taken before there sent so once checked, the funds will be refunded to yourself.

If items are purchased and the item is not damaged or faulty and you just want to return there will be a 25% handling charge and postage is to be paid by you.

DELIVERY :

If items are purchased before 1pm they will be sent out the same day, on standard delivery unless you choose another postage option.

For the larger items: Engines, gearboxes, bumpers, etc. The cut off time is 11am to receive them on next working day delivery.

Anything that is purchased after the cut off time will be sent out the following day, if purchased after the cut off time on a Friday, the item would be sent out Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.

Tracking numbers will be added to items, once the item is ready for dispatch.

DELIVERY CHARGES :

All buy it now listings that include free postage to the UK mainland will be standard delivery any faster service will need to be quoted for

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLAND, NORTHERN AND REPUBLIC IRELAND WILL ENCOUNTER ANY ADDITIONAL POSTAGE CHARGE, BUT THE USUALLY POSTAGE PRICE WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR QUOTE.
