SHOP POLICIES

[GENERAL]

• ·        Most of my items are used. They are described and pictured to the best of my ability and from my viewpoint,therefore, their description may be very subjective.

• ·        Pictures are always of the actual item that you‘re gonna receive.

·        If requested, I will be ready to provide help and support on any problems with the purchase or item.

[PAYMENT]

• ·        I only accept immediate Paypal payments.

• ·        If You can‘t make an immediate payment for some reason – I can put your wanted item on hold for 2 days until You sort your problems out

[SHIPPING]

• ·        Shipping is 100% FREE for all items.

• ·        All purchased items are shipped out in 1-2 working days after payment received.

• ·        Larger items are carefully packed with bubble wrap and shipped in carton box. Smaller items such as games, CD‘s, memory cards, Tamagotchis - may be shipped in bubble envelopes.

• ·        All items are shipped using Global Post system.  EMS service is available for additional cost (please message me before buying for EMS).

• ·        Tracking is provided for most orders over $10 (Signature confirmation will be required upon delivery)

• ·        NO Tracking for orders below $10 (can be arranged for additional cost of $2.00 (message me before purchase)).

• ·        All items are shipped from Lithuania , Europe.

• ·        Local pick-up is available.

·        Countries excluded from shipping list: All South American countries; Most African countries; Some Caribean countries.

[SHIPPING TIME]

• ·        Europe – 1 - 2 weeks

• ·        United States – 1.5 - 3 weeks

• ·        Canada –  2 - 4 weeks

•         Russia – 2 - 3 weeks (Depending on location)

• ·        Asia&Oceania – 2 - 4 weeks.

• ·        Middle East - 2 - 4 weeks.

There might be some delays from time to time due to slow post office work, bad weather or other factors that are out of my control.

[RETURNS]

• ·        Items that CANNOT be returned:

    Items clearly sold AS-IS/faulty/broken  with no returns.

    Items that You've had in your possession for 14 days after receiving the item from us.

• ·        Items that CAN be returned, but YOU WILL PAY return shipping:

You are dissatisfied, and it is before 14 days since You received the item.

• ·        Items that CAN be returned, and I WILL PAY return shipping:

    Only if it was my error (clearly not as described, sent wrong item, non functional and was advertised as functional).
