* Sweet-smelling flowers are highly attractive to bees and other beneficial insects
* Popular TCM herb known as Donq Quai that has been used for thousands of years.
* The dried root is used for women's health, cardio conditions, inflammation, headaches, fatigue and anemia.
* Known as "Female Ginseng" because it is widely used in TCM for gynecological ailments, much like Panax Ginseng is used for sexual dysfunction in men.
The dried root slices are also available in my shop, when stock is plentiful.

GROWING RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Sow seeds 1/8"-1/4" deep in small pots or flats with moistened seed-starting mix. Spritz with water to settle into soil. Place in refrigerator or cold-frame for a 10-day cold stratification period.
2. Then place in warm indirect sunlight and keep soil moist. Germination will occur in 21-30 days.
3. Resize into bigger pots as needed. Transplant 4” tall seedlings 12” apart in their permanent location. Protect young plants during the first few winters.
*** Plants have long roots, so make sure they have plenty of room to spread.
*** Harvest in the fall, 3 years after planting.
