We provide a high quality postage and packaging service. All parcels are sent 2nd class signed for, a faster service can be provided if needed.

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 30 working days. Returns will only be accepted providing the item is sent back to us in the same condition that it was received in (Brand New). All items must be sent back with the original box, hang tags and tissue paper. The soles of the shoes must be unmarked and in a re-sellable condition. If these conditions are not met, a refund will NOT be given. Buyer is responsible for the return delivery cost. All products must be sent back to us using a tracked or signed for service and tracking details provided to us.
