This auction is for a vintage Carling Black Label Canadian Style Beer heavy-duty cardboard case with eleven empty glass bottles inside. These bottles are 12 ounce size. They have a predominately white label on them, which we believe is because the beer was made in the USA, versus Canada. They are labeled Returnable - Michigan 5-Cents Refund, which we believe dates them pre-1975, which is when the Michigan bottle deposit law went into effect. These bottles are used and show wear and age, but are very presentable. The case too shows wear and age, especially on the bottom, but it too is very presentable.
