We only give full returns / refunds for 2 reasons: Defective item, or we sent the wrong item from what you ordered. In those situations we pay all return/replacement fees (because it was our mistake).  


All other returns are considered a return by choice, (you didn't like the color, bought the wrong size, want to exchange it, you bought something else instead).
In those cases we will accept the return but we do not refund the actual shipping cost paid, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and eBay fees related to the return. (because it was your mistake).   
That can make returning a small item under $25 rather costly.  We sell specialty bike parts and the buyer is expected to know exactly what they are buying before they pay.  So please research, measure, and ask first.
