Add strength and flare to your projects with this 3d printed dimple die set. This dimple die set works with the Harbor Freight hydraulic press knockout kit. Punch a hole in the sheet metal using the knockout tooling, then replace with the 3d printed dies and form the flare. Also included are two sizes of steel backing discs that support the die during forming. These dies could also be used in a press or vise as long as the parts hole diameter was correctly sized.

1.115", 1.362", 1.687", 1.937", and 2.375" Dimple Dies

2.1" x 0.188" and 3.39" x 0.188" Steel Backing Discs (2 each)

Max forming material thickness is 18ga mild steel and 12ga soft aluminum.

Deburring the hole before forming is recommended. Always wear safety glasses and proper PPE during use. Harbor freight hydraulic punch driver kit (manual hydraulic press and cutting dies) is NOT included!
