This listing is for an extremely rare and well-kept Rudra Veena made by Kanailal & Brother. The instrument was constructed by Murari Mohan Adhikari in 1980’s.

This Veena is a rarity and a original Khandarbani Veena - traditional Veena as played by the great Rudra Veena maestro Ustad Asad Ali Khan.

I purchased this Rudra Veena in 2011 from an italian salesman, but the instrument he told me came orginally from a musician in France. 

This Rudra Veena is completely restored by a professional craftsman and is in perfect condition, the sound is simply fantastic. 

Since I'am collected some further original Veenas made my Kanailal & Brother, I'am selling this now to give anyone the chance to purchase an professional instrument of this calibre.
