The grain humidity meter precisely measures the moisture levels in grain between 0 % and 30 % via two sensors. For many types of grain, the grain moisture content should be around 14 %, or even somewhat lower. Using the Select key, you can conveniently determine the grain type to be measured. The device offers quality control during pellet production: Measure the moisture of the wood chips either before or after the production, once the pellets are cooled off.
The microcomputer-controlled instrument can also measure the temperature within a range of -10 to 60 °C, so that you can also obtain valuable information about the storage condition of your grains based on the temperature. The instrument can also measure in °F if necessary.
All values are shown on a large, easy-to-read LCD display. You can select the individual functions using just a few buttons. The Hold button holds the measurement reading even when you remove the sensor probe from the grain. The sensor is connected to the instrument via a long cable. This makes taking measurements especially convenient. The device itself is powered by a 9 V battery, meaning you can use it wherever you need it without an external power source.
