Previous user who bought the device had registered to his/her windows account and then return the device back to us. Now, when try to use it, it requires to apply the previouser user password or remove the device from registration.
Previous user do not respond to message and continue to ignore
To remove his / her registration, it ask to apply / provide "a protection recovery key", therefore currently not usable.
Having said that device is otherwise nearly new and great condition.

Next buyer here, will require to find a method to remove this from the device at his own time/cost.
