Free Shipping applies only to orders shipped within the Continental United States.

We save all records of serial numbers and other identification numbers for our items.

If ordering more than one unit or shipping to a residence, please message us before you pay and include the complete shipping address. We will then send an invoice with the correct shipping total.  Unless listed as no returns, and you have ordered the wrong item for your needs, we will gladly accept returns. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to select the shipping method for all orders listed as Free Shipping. We ship USPS and Fed-Ex.

 

Your order is available for onsite pickup at no fee. However, we are not a walk-in retail shop so you need to schedule a pickup. After you purchase, we will be happy to arrange a time for you to pick up your items from our Rolling Meadows, IL office.


We no longer offer International shipping via the ebay Global Shipping Program. If you are located outside the United States, you may want to look into using a freight forwarder based in the United Sates. They can help you determine eligibility and customs and other costs.
