For orders under $50, we ship using USPS 1st Class Package service with tracking.
- With rare exception, orders received prior to 11:00 am CST will ship the same day. Orders received after 11:00 am CST are shipped the next business day.
- Most items are received in just a few days.
- However, the Post Office has informed us that they are still following COVID procedures and it could result in a slight delay.
- Unfortunately, we cannot control PO delivery times....if we could...you would have it the same day!

Since this is a makeup, skin/hair care product, we cannot accept returns unless the item has been misrepresented.
- If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please contact us.
- Returns MUST be UNOPENED & SEALED WITH THE ORIGINAL SEAL and IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Items that have been opened, tested, used, sampled etc. are NOT eligible for returns for health reasons.
- If the purchase was part of a set, the entire set must be returned UNOPENED & SEALED WITH THE ORIGINAL SEAL and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
