Jottum Girls Skirt and Vest Set. Skirt is a 5 in navy and black stripes. Poof design with front pockets. Waist is 20 - 23" elastic stretch and measures 12.5" waist to hem. Vest is a 6 (in my 25 years of a childrens clothing store owner usually sold tops 1 size up from bottoms) in a brushed cotton, with 3% elastaine. Has satin insets, fully lined. Chest: 23"
