Canon EOS 100d boxed, Baader BCF astro converted, body only. Price includes Royal Mail Special delivery

Camera is in very good condition with an unmarked screen and only a very slight rub mark on the side of the flash housing (last image).

The camera has had a complete new shutter unit fitted and only about 40 shots taken since. The Baader BCF filter is a specialist astrophotography filter that replaces the 2nd filter inside the camera, these cost around £70 to purchase.

The camera is supplied in it's original box with all paperwork and a total of 4 CD's of software/manuals and guides. It comes with 2 new high capacity batteries, strap, body cap, new 32GB SDcard, new USB data cable, Canon mains charger and as an added bonus a PLA+ 3d printed adapter to attach a red dot finder/finderscope or even a guide scope to the camera directly (last image).

On the extra CD you will find:

Stellarium (powerfull free planetarium can can be used to also simulate your shots to help framing and lens/scope choice)

GIMP (free alternative to Photoshop will loads of online guides available)

Raw Therapee (free alternative to Lightroom)

StarstaX (free stacking software to produce startrail effects without affecting a foreground from a simple fixed tripod)

Deep Sky Stacker (free tool to stack your raw images and do the initial processing)

Picassa (free simple image processer program, the text and collages were made with it)

I use a Baader BCF modded 1100d all of the time myself, with a variety of optics. I also use all of the software above, so I am happy to advise on it's use and any other equipment you may need.

I may use this camera to take a series of images, these will be left on the camera for you to practise processing (if the weather breaks). Up to about 100 in total.

I have another similar 100d that will be modded without the Baader filter (to follow).
