Hand Painted Slate Slab Moose Plaque

Original hand painted moose head on a small irregular-shaped slab of slate. 

The attached tag states "Slate Plate - Russian Marked". However, we cannot make out the mark on back (?) 

Measures approx. 7”H X 5.5"W

In excellent preowned condition.

Stored in a smoke-free home.
