We were originally Superbike Exhaust Specialists and now we manufacture exhausts
and other products for most other categories of Motorcycles including
Road bikes, Superbikes, Cruisers,
Trackbikes, Cafe racers,
Custom built bikes,
Touring bikes, Trikes and Quads.
We have also manufactured exhausts for cars, coaches and even planes

MTC ONLY uses the best grade materials .
Stainless Steel Grade T304 + T409
Titanium grade 2 + 3 mill finish
Carbon Fibre 4 x 4 twill prepreg autoclave cured , foiled lined.
All our exhausts are made with Stainless gas tight rivets.
All MTC Exhausts are handmade and are designed
and manufactured in our
workshop in Burscough, Lancashire L40 8TG.

- 1 x MTC Stainless CNC Mandrel bent De-Cat pipe
- This De-Cat pipe needs to be fitted by someone with workshop experience.
Tools needed after removal of Headers –
Grinder with cutting Disc
Mig and or Tig Welder

All our Road Legal exhausts, come with a Road Legal Baffle / Decibel Killer + BSAU ( British Road-Legal ) markings.
Once the baffle is unbolted the exhaust is then classed as RACE mode
All our RACE exhausts do not come with a Road Legal Baffle / Decibel Killer + do not have any BSAU ( British Road-Legal ) markings.
Our Exhausts are manufactured to give maximum power without the need to alter the fueling but, if you have an aftermarket air filter and / or a de-cat, then having the bikes fueling looked at will always compliment the engine performance and efficiency.
DELIVERY :
Delivery is usually within a few working days in the U.K mainland.
POSTAGE IS FREE IN THE UK MAINLAND WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND BRITISH ISLES
Our Postal service charges extra for British Isles and Northern Ireland so we might have to post via Royal Mail ( surcharge and a delay in post may occur )
