We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle, which is determined by us.

If you have a preferred carrier or have difficulties with Australia Post, Couriers Please or Aramex please contact us as we will want to avoid them too if they are problematic for you. If the Item Arrived Damaged or is Missing Parts:

All orders leave the supplier warehouse in brand new and undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or with missing components please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. To help you as quickly as possible it is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify us immediately of any damage or missing components. Please provide photographs with identifiable product information.
