A very nice dragon gold plated fountain pen. The ink is refillable or you are happy to use a disposable cartridge. 0.5mm fine tip nib for fine smooth writing. An elegant looking pen. Overall, I would say it is a medium size pen so it should be comfortable for all writing size hands.
