Warranty Details

All new parts purchased will come with 12 month or 20,000km warranty (which ever comes first)
Warranty does not cover incorrect fitting, fitting by unqualified persons, misuse, motor sport use, or use with modified vehicles. If item description states that the part listed must be reprogrammed, warranty will be void if associated control unit is not reprogrammed to the latest program.
All parts warranty claims are for parts supplied only and does not cover labour cost or freight charges and subsequent damages.
All faulty goods must be returned to Tickel's Discovery Automotive with a covering letter stating fault of the item, VIN from the vehicle that part was fitted to, date and Kms that the part was fitted and failed and a copy of the original invoice. Any warranty returns with out this information will not be accepted.

Tickel's Discovery Automotive will make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality available at the time, correct operation of the parts supplied but is hereby indemnified from any responsibility for any damage caused in any way by any other device(s) which are in any way operating in conjunction, which may not be in a sound operating condition.
