| We aim to dispatch all items on the same working day if ordered by 2pm or the next business day if ordered after 2pm provided we have received cleared payment.
Average transit time is 1 - 3 working days. The great majority of orders should be received within 3 working days, dispatched via Royal Mail. For large items we may use other courier service and you will be given a tracking number.
If you have any problems with our item, please return it within 30 days for refund or exchange. item must be un-used, with its original packaging and buyer will pay return postage fee.
