Whilst intended to increase circulation, clear the uterus from stagnation, improve vaginal flora and regulate the cycle, this blend is for those who are experiencing active infections.

The cleansing herbs chosen in this blend are believed to disinfect, purify and revitalise the natural functions of your womanhood. They are said to help kill, viruses, bacteria and yeast whilst reducing inflammation and resetting and balancing the healthy vaginal flora. This blend is suitable for those who are experiencing active viral, bacterial and fungal infections with irregular discharge.

Ingredients:

Yarrow* (Achillea millefolium), Lady’s Mantle* (Alchemilla vulgaris), Mugwort* (Artemisa vulgaris), Chamomile* (Chamomilla recutita), Hibiscus* (Hibiscus sabdariffa), St. John’s Wort* (Hypericum perforatum), Raspberry* (Rubus ideaus), Nettle* (Urtica dioica). *Certified Organic (100%).

Instructions:

For yoni steaming:

Mix 1-2 tbsp. of herbs in a large pot of freshly boiled water (approx. 1 litre). When steam is at a comfortable temperature, sit over the pot for approx. 20 minutes allowing the steam to enter the vaginal canal.

For a naturally caffeine-free, healing tea: 

Infuse 1-2 tsps. of herbs per cup of boiling water and steep for up to 15 minutes, depending on taste. If you wish add your favourite organic honey, and enjoy.
