The GL2460HM 24" Widescreen LED Backlit LCD Monitor from BenQ features a 24" display complete with a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, a 2 ms response time, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, and a brightness rating of 250 cd/m². The display can also be viewed from nearly any angle as it supports 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles, support for up to 16.7 million colors and a 72% NTSC color gamut.

The HD display is designed to suit a variety of needs as it comes equipped with features like reading mode, an enhanced dynamic contrast ratio, and multimedia connectivity. Setup and configuration of the GL2460HM is also simple as it features DVI and D-Sub inputs along with a headphone jack and line in port.

  • Parts are placed anti-static shielding bags, then protected by using bubble bags and finally placed in a sturdy box for shipping.
  • Computers, monitors and laptops are shipped using a custom air cushion and packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
  • Small items such as parts, iPads, Smartphones are shipped via Star Track Express Priority Overnight. Shipment notifications will be provided via email and SMS.
  • All items are shipped ATL. ATL is authority to leave. When the "signature not required on delivery" option is selected (it is by default) this will mean your item will be shipped with the ATL instruction to the courier. Your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to sign for the order. Please note Reboot IT cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.
  • Items can be picked up from our warehouse in Springvale. Please provide 24hrs notice prior to pick up.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a Return Authorisation.
  • Make sure the items are in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returns or exchanges must be pre-arranged first by contacting our Customer Service team via email or phone.
  • If we have sent you product which is different from what you have ordered, and you seek a refund; we will provide you with a return authorisation number to return the goods to us.
  • If you change your mind and seek a refund, we will require you to return the item covering the postage charges. A refund minus original postage charges and a 25% restocking fee will be confirmed once the product has been received, and products have been deemed to be in resalable condition.
  • If the item is defective, has a major problem, is significantly different from the description or is unsafe, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or be compensated for the drop-in value. Reboot IT will send a return label, so the item can be returned free of charge.
  • If the item has a minor problem, the item will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time. Reboot IT will send a return label, so the item can be returned free of charge.
  • If a returned item is found to have been damaged by items not covered by the warrant (see Warranty policy) the purchaser will need to pay for the item to be shipped back in addition to any labour costs.
  • All warranty claims must be pre-arranged first by contacting us. If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone.
  • All refurbished equipment supplied by Reboot IT are covered by the limited warranty which lasts for 90 days and begins on the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s)

The warranty does cover:

  • This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware products sold by Reboot IT on a part-by-part basis.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable parts of the item being sold (e.g. laptop batteries). Batteries are tested to hold charge however as they are used batteries Reboot IT cannot promise or commit to a minimum battery discharge/run time. Batteries will be replaced if it has been found to be in a non-functional condition (i.e. does not hold any charge) and the fault is reported in the first 7 days after purchase.
  • Items damaged in transit.
  • Defects and malfunctions resulting from viruses, lock ups, general protection faults or operating system errors.
  • Compatibility problems - it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item purchased will be compatible for use with their existing hardware and systems.
  • Any defects or damage because of using this item in a manner other than its intended or customary use.
