In most cases if you place the order on a business day before 2pm, it will ship out that same day. If placed after 2pm, it will ship out the following business day. For this auction we will use Priority Mail Shipping. We also use carrier USPS First Class Shipping for all similar items, and UPS for the larger products we offer. Items are shipped to the address listed to ensure maximum protection to our customers. All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

USPS First Class Shipping & Handling charges are FREE to all lower 48 states (additionally shipping and handling charges may apply to HI and AK for larger items). Additional shipping options are available at the buyer's expense. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility, we are unable to control delays or errors by the shipping carrier. The delivery dates do not actually nor reliably reflect the correct shipping dates from the shipping carriers "ESTIMATED" delivery dates.

Internationally Shipped Items/Rates:

International Shipping and Handling charges are automatically calculated by weight in the listing prior to checkout by the eBay Shipping Program. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service using the provided eBay Shipping Program. Duty, Taxes and forwarding costs (if any) from your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

Returns: Return authorization is required, RMA and return instructions via eBay Return Process.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Process. Free domestic return shipping if within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in unused condition and include original packaging. Return authorization required, RMA and return instructions via return process. Once the item is received it can take 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
