All warranties and return policies are contingent on the buyer having a certified shop install the purchased part; As much as we would like to offer these policies to the average person doing their own work, our reasoning for this is to ensure we protect both ourselves and you as the buyer by having a third party that is ultimately responsible for the proper installation of the purchased part.  This allows us to ensure that it is installed correctly by trained professionals, and in the event that it is damaged, lost or destroyed during the install process that we both have someone to hold accountable for reimbursement for said part.  We cannot be expected to refund or replace a part due to negligence of the installer. 

We offer a 30 day warranty on all VERIFIED TESTED items, please see stipulations below for more details.

  

ACCEPTED RETURNS:

1: An untested part that is verified to be bad/faulty by a certified mechanic at time of install (within 30 days from delivery) will be eligible for a full refund or replacement if another is available in inventory at the time, however; you MUST be able to provide/include documentation from the automotive repair facility that installed the item stating that it was in fact defective to receive a refund/Replacement! THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ATTACHED TO YOUR RETURN REQUEST WHEN YOU MAKE IT OR IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED!!!!! This documentation must include the shop name, address, and phone number for verification.  No handwritten receipts are accepted.  We are not responsible for the cost of any labor incurred for installation, removal or programming of said part.  Only the cost of the part will be refunded.

2: A Verified tested/remanufactured part that was deemed faulty at time of install by a certified automotive repair facility or within 30 days from time of delivery will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price an  We recommend having the part installed as soon as you're able to after receiving it to maximize the time-frame of the warranty.

 

NON-ACCEPTED RETURNS:

1: We will not accept returns on any parts that have broken tamper seals or damage that was incurred after accepted by the buyer or incurred during install by the automotive repair facility.  It is the buyers responsibility to maintain the part in good condition prior to install and to seek re-imbursement from the installing facility in the event of damage

2: We will not accept returns on accidental purchases due to lack of research on if the part will work for your specific needs.  PLEASE verify that the part you are replacing matches exactly with the part you are purchasing or consult a professional mechanic to aid in your research to ensure you are buying the correct part. 

3:  We will not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or because a better deal was found elsewhere after the item has been shipped.  If you cancel your order prior to us shipping, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, so please ensure that the part is correct or you are satisfied with its condition prior to purchasing.

4:  We will not accept returns or exchanges on parts that are NOT installed by a certified repair facility.  Our reasoning for this is to ensure we protect both ourselves and you as the buyer by having a third party that is ultimately responsible for the proper installation of the purchased part.  This allows us to ensure that it is installed correctly by trained professionals, and in the event that it is damaged, lost or destroyed during the install process that we both have someone to hold accountable for reimbursement for said part.  If the documentation required is not attached in the initial return request, it will be automatically declined, and no further action will be available to be taken.  We

5:  As-Is/For parts only or non working” parts are non-returnable or refundable.  Buyer assumes all responsibility for taking a risk by purchasing said part.  These items are unknown condition and have the possibility of being defective.  By selecting the “buy it now” option and purchasing these items you are acknowledging this stipulation.
