After your order is placed, you will send your disc(s) to us at the address below. Once received, your disc(s) will be resurfaced within three business days and sent back to with expedited USPS shipping - includes tracking number.

We professionally repair any CD, DVD, or Blu-ray* based disc, including the following:

Limitations. Cannot repair the following:

• Blu-ray disc with deep scratches 
• Hole(s) in disc
• Deep gouges, dents, pits
• Cracked disc
• Disc rot
• Disc layer separation
• Label/foil/top side damage

How to send your disc(s):

• Do not send in disc case or jewel case. 
• Send disc loose, or package in group. Package carefully. 
• Our price does not cover the cost of any disc case or jewel case you may send us, and, as such, will not be returned to you.
