This Swarovski duck was first introduced in 1986, the duck has been made from clear faceted crystal with a frosted beak and feet he also has dark black eyes.

Dispatch details
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it within one or two working days after dispatch (All orders are dispatched by 2nd class recorded Royal mail or parcelforce 48).
Lost or damaged parcels
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, please notify us as soon as possible to enable us to investigate.
Where possible we will issue either a full refund or a replacement.
Import tax
If your purchasing from over seas please ensure you have familiarised yourself with your countries import taxes, items returned due to non payment of taxes are none refundable.
We do NOT cover the cost of import duties/taxes.
Please do not ask us to manipulate any figures on the customs declaration, to save costs on import duty/taxes we will NOT commit fraud for any of our customers.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for something similar.
You have 14 days from the date you purchased to return the item.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind after receiving the item you will be responsible for costs assosicated for postage both ways, this includes international purchases.
We do NOT accept offers on any items that do not contain the best offer option, if you message us with your best price offer you may not receive a response.
We price all of our items based on the current market value and their individual condition.
