Condition is Pre-owned.   Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  

Jacket is in like new condition.  The only flaw is the materials and care tags are missing. 

This jacket is full zip and there is a 3 compartment area pocket on the back.  The front and the back have reflective areas. 

Clean finish gripper band for a smooth and secure fit. See photos #3 & 9.
