RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal - Satisfied or your money back
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is carried out outside the business premises, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for all products that, by choice of the customer, have been collected personally at the operational headquarters of N&B VERO AFFARE SRL Simplified. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to N&B VERO AFFARE SRL Simplified Via E. Toti 7, 51016 Montecatini Terme (PT), within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
• lack of original packaging
• absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.)
• damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
- N&B VERO AFFARE SRL Simplified will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the return of the goods, by means of a reversal of the amount charged. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (Cod. IBAN of the invoice holder).

196/93 we inform you that your personal data are contained in our paper and / or computer archive and that these will be used and processed directly or through external parties for management-administrative purposes.
