What happens if there is a problem with my item?
Very rarely, as we also operate our own Web shop and also a retail outlet the occasion can arise that an item is purchased simultaneously - if this happens we will notify you immediately and either offer you an alternative item - or an immediate refund, with our apologies. We have stock arriving regularly so if you are happy to wait that would be great.

I'm thinking of buying a tent but would like to see it pitched.....
We do have display models of tents to pitch, if you are interested in seeing a particular model simply give us a call and if we have a display model we'll happily pitch it for you to view.
What are your opening times?...
The office is usually manned 9 - 3pm term times.
Evening - Weekends - School Holidays - Please give us a call, number below.
Outside these times we are still available, simply give us a call, number below to organise a visit or ask a question. We are a family run business so understand the need for flexibility.
I have paid for 24 hour delivery, will my item arrive next day?
If you place your order before 2pm and have paid our upgraded delivery service charge then yes your item will be with you the next working day.
