Chains are sold by the HANGING DROP size (the overall length of the chain will be 2 x hanging drop size (ie 1m Hanging Drop = 2m overall chain length)  Also see photo above. 

Beaded Control Chain (operating chains) 

These chains are commonly found on roller roman and some vertical blinds, please check the size of your existing chain before ordering Number 10 chain - 4.5mm ball diameter, 2mm gap, approx 6 balls per 30mm, 17 balls per 100mm) 

NB Control chains should always be fitted with a safety device to avoid strangulation- each chain is supplied with a FREE safety device FOR SAFETY GUIDANCE, PLEASE CLICK HERE. 

Fits the 25mm, 28mm, 32mm, 40mm and the 45mm Roller sizes.

How to Order 

Choose your correct 'up to' hanging drop from the drop-down box above e.g If you want your chain at 800mm drop, you will need to order a chain upto 1000mm. 

Then in the personalisation box above put the length of your chain, 800mm in this case. 

We cannot cut and despatch your order until we receive the measurement instructions (even if you want the maximum 'up to' size, we need this to be confirmed in writing) 

 

All chains are made to order from larger wholesale stock, and we make them to the size you give us (tolerance +/- 3mm) . 

 

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods: for goods that are made to measure to the customer's specifications we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit due to incorrect information given when ordering, or for any subsequent change of mind by the customer and refunds will not be given (however please contact us as we always try to help put things right at minimal cost). 

No joiners in the chain, just one complete loop of chain. 

 

Sold by the length of drop. If you order a 500mm length chain this is the drop length. So if you cut through the chain the total continuous length would be 1m.
