Bracket Design Features:                            

Permanent Metal Bracket with 3M VHB tape design allows your Radenso DS1 radar detector to be permanently attached to your windshield.  The bracket design features a slot that allows radar distance to be adjusted from the windshield. The metal bracket also has a design relief cut into the bend to allow the bracket to be bent to allow the radar to be parallel with the driving surface. However, we suggest that you do not do this when the bracket is connected to the radar detector.  Please make sure the windshield attachment location is clean and dry prior to installation.

Shipping:

We are committed to getting the products and items you order to you as quickly as possible.  We ship your item(s) the next business day after your payment has been received.  Our goal during the business week is to have your item(s) in transit within 12 hours of your payment. In most cases if you place the order on a business day before 2pm, it will ship out that same day. If placed after 2pm, it will ship out the following business day.  We use carrier USPS First Class Shipping for all similar items, and UPS or FedEx for the larger products we offer.  Items are shipped to the address listed to ensure maximum protection to our customers.  All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

USPS First Class Shipping & Handling charges are FREE to all lower 48 states (additionally shipping and handling charges may apply to HI and AK for larger items).  Additional shipping options are available at the buyer's expense. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility, we are unable to control delays or errors by the shipping carrier. The delivery dates do not actually nor reliably reflect the correct shipping dates from the shipping carriers "ESTIMATED" delivery dates.

Internationally Shipped Items/Rates:

International Shipping and Handling charges are automatically calculated by weight in the listing prior to checkout by the eBay International Shipping Program. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service using the provided eBay International Shipping Program. Duty, Taxes and forwarding costs (if any) from your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

Returns:

Return authorization required, RMA and return instructions via eBay Return Process.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Process. Domestic buyers receive free domestic Return Shipping within 30 days of purchase.  International buyers are responsible for any and all return shipping fees.  Item must be in unused condition and include original packaging.  Return authorization required, RMA and return instructions via return process.  Once the item is received it can take 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.  Please email us prior to purchase if you are unsure about compatibility.
