This works perfectly and has been reset to factory settings..  The case has scratches, but the monitor does not.  The cord for the power supply was repaired, but works great.  These old Chromebooks are ok for web browsing, watching Youtube videos and sending emails.  This Chromebook is not compatible with the Google Play Store and the only apps you can run on it are web apps.  This item is sold as-is, no refunds.  I combine shipping at full listed shipping for the first (highest shipping cost) item, and 1/2 for the second item and 1/4 for each additional item.
