ANY damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

ALL items MUST be inspected upon delivery BEFORE signing for the delivery.

Photographic evidence MUST be provided of the damage.

ANY item that has NOT been photographed or reported within 24 hours will not be refunded or replaced.
