HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR MUG
To personalise your mug, please send the required name, or text in a message on Ebay (you can use the Add Message to Seller option at checkout). For personalised photo mugs, please send your image as an attachment in a message on Ebay. For the highest quality print please use the original image from your camera / mobile phone.

The item is posted securely packaged via tracked courier delivery and should arrive within 2 - 3 days once despatched. During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow an extra few days. Returns: We cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised, please make sure that you supply us the correct spelling. We guarantee that if your order is not free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it for a prompt refund provided you follow our Returns Policy.
