Brand new! Still has stickers and tag on the item. I have two of these panels available for purchase (at time of listing).  The colors are shades of blue, greens and Burgundy with hints of cream.  Very farmhouse folk craft look.  This is the Winter Wonderland design by The Old Country Store for Spring Industries.  They measure right at 35x45 inches.  Its a great panel / cheater quilt.  Would make a beautiful lap throw or wall hanging for the winter months! Has so many colors you can accent with!  No stains tears or damage or fading noted.
