This is the latest revision of the tensioner. 

Part number: 14520MBWJ24 + Gasket 14523MALA01

Replaces previous part numbers: 14520-MBW-J23, 14520-MBW-J22, 14520-MBW-J21, 14520-MBW-J20, and 14520-MBW-003.

Over time the tensioner wears and makes more noise. They often need to be replaced on engines  that have spent their life bouncing off the rev limiter. Worn timing chain tensioners have been associated with timing chain rattle, and if unchecked, can cause the timing chain to “jump”.
