DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

All items are packaged as securely as possible, so that they reach you safely.
ANY damages MUST be reported within 12 hours of receipt.
ALL items MUST be inspected upon delivery BEFORE signing for the delivery.
Photographic evidence MUST be provided of the damage.
ANY item that has NOT been photographed or reported within 12 hours will not be refunded or replaced.

PERSONALISATION

Personalised items will not be replaced if the customer provided the details incorrectly as I copy and paste what is required from the purchase messages or messages received.
Misspelled items by me would be replaced or a refund offered
