Vitrock is an opaque glass with fired-on colors made by Hocking Glass Co. from 1934 to 1937.

VINTAGE, Hocking Vitrock, blue circle, SUGAR canister.
If you look up under the rim of the canister to the left side you will see a line- that is NOT a crack.  The glass was laid on straw to cool back then.  It's a straw line that has gotten grease or dirt in it over the years.

These have been sitting on a shelf in a climate controlled barn, but the barn isn't dust or dirt controlled and these shakers need a good washing in warm soapy water.

I honestly have no clue as to what is going on with the lid- the paint has worn off.

Please look closely at the pictures as they are part of the description.  The item pictured is the actual item for sale. Smoke free environment.  If the listing doesn't have the make and offer option, then the price is firm.  Thank you for understanding.
