Digital Rapids StreamZHD-Live ABR-D Dual Server 6GB - No HDD Powers On  No Video

The fans and power light come on but I never had any video to a monitor.  It has 6GB of RAM and dual Intel Xeon X5670 6 core processors.  It does not have any hard drives.  I am selling as-is.
