Shipping

We deliver across Australia only providing your address is an Australia Post recognised address.  We process orders the next working day and do not process orders on weekends or public holidays (Qld).  Orders will be sent via Australia Post or Courier depending on the total weight and delivery times will be dependant on carrier circumstances and your location.  Please ensure you enter the correct contact details as Sunco Motors are not reponsible for incorrect deliveries.

Returns

If you change your mind or the item isn't suitable, we are here to help!  Providing the item and it's packaging is in original condition, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase.  All returns will be inspected prior to refund or exchange and must be actioned within 30 days of your purchase date.  Postage for all returns is at the buyers expense and we recommend sending returns by registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.  Refunds are made via the same payment method and will be processed within 3 business days of receipt by Sunco Motors.
