Fixed waistband with top stitched three pleats on each side mirroring the back. 

Side concealed zip and two self-covered buttons fastening. 

 Pristine, unaltered, with a spare buttons inside of skirt seam, original hem intact & holds the Laura Ashley vintage label - Made in Great Britain.
