This is a Silver coloured pendant / charm made from an Australian FIVE CENT coin. The earliest are from 1966, latest from 2014.

    It features a Short beaked Echidna or Spiny Ant Eater which is an egg laying mammal endemic to Australia and New Guinea.

    All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail.

    They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The Lobster claw clasp and ring are new and Silver plated.
