Working principle and use:
When the hydraulic system is working, the oil level in the oil tank rises or falls from time to time. When rising, the air is discharged from the inside to the outside, and when it falls, the air is sucked from the outside to the inside. In order to purify the oil in the fuel tank, an air filter is installed vertically on the fuel tank cover to filter the inhaled air; at the same time, the air filter is an oil filling port, and the injected new working oil must be filtered before entering the fuel tank. This filters out the dirt particles in the oil.
In the hydraulic system, purifying the working oil is a very important part. The air filter can keep the oil in the oil tank clean, which can not only prevent dirt particles from entering the oil tank from the outside, but also prolong the working cycle and service life of the oil and components, thus ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic system. In addition, when the hydraulic system is working, the air filter can maintain the balance between the pressure in the tank and the atmospheric pressure to avoid the possibility of cavitation in the pump.
