Drueke  (Rosewood ? Walnut ?  and Birch) Chess And Games Set in a Box.

Figures are beautifully carved and weighted, with green padding.  The tallest is 2½".

Box is lined with soft brown padding and the top has double sided Board. The bottom of the box  is also padded with a brown soft felt.

Set includes chess , checkers a box of 24 pieces , bounded leather board for backgammon + 30 game pieces , 24 domino pieces  , a set of 54 cards deck in perfect condition in an orginal box , folded cribbage wooden board with 4 plastic pegs hidden in a secret compartment +game directions , four small dice +one bigger with numbers on it.

Box has a few small scratches.  Two corners starts separating when lifted (as shown on pictures) what can be easily fixed .

Some of the pieces are still in original packing.

Please ask for pictures of the scratch that I couldn't include as well as for detailed pictures of the figures

prior to bidding as there are no returns accepted . The set is near  perfect condition set.


Drueke chess games were prominent in the USA from nearly 100 years.  Established in 1914 by William Drueke, the Michigan based company thrived for decades until 2010 when the last remaining production wooden chessboards were sold.


Pronounced (droo-key), Drueke’s wooden chess boards were the mainstay of the product line ranging in sizes from 15″ to 26″. The walnut and maple hardwood furniture perfect finish and precision manufacturing were loved by chess players through the country and the world.


The Carrom Company today owns the Drueke chess line which has been reduced to a mere two products from the scores of products originally in the lineup which included luxury tables, chess boxes, pieces, wooden chess boards, travel sets, and so on.
